Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscriptions (Builder, Operator, Architect) include a 30-day full refund guarantee from your first payment date.

• Request a refund within 30 days of any monthly payment for a full refund of that month
• No questions asked. No cancellation survey required.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
• After the 30-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the billing period

Annual Subscriptions

• Days 1–60: Full prorated refund for unused months, no questions asked
• Days 61–180: 50% refund on remaining unused months
• After 180 days: No refund, but you retain access through the end of your annual period

Path Packs

Path Packs include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a Path Pack does not deliver value for your situation, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

All cancellations and refund requests are handled from your billing dashboard:

1. Go to your account dashboard
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Select "Cancel" or "Request Refund"

No email required. No support ticket. One click. If you experience any difficulty, email billing@firstprincipledlife.com and we will handle it same business day.

Data on Cancellation

When you cancel, your account data is retained for 90 days in case you return. You may export your complete history at any time before or after cancellation. We do not hold your data hostage it is yours, and you can take it with you.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). We will communicate directly in any such situation before making a determination.
