What does the audit tell me? +
Your Independence Score: a number from 0 to 100 that shows how independent your income is from your time and your job right now.
Your pattern: one of 12 patterns that describes your current situation. Each pattern has a different starting point and a different path forward.

Architect ($199/month): the complete library from day one. Everything in Operator plus all 13 Path Packs at signup, Capital Allocation Framework, Annual Business Report, and the full strategic layer.
Is there anything cheaper than Builder to start with? +
Yes. The Builder Blueprint is a one-time $39 purchase. It gives you a personalized 90-day action plan built from your audit results. No subscription required. It is the right starting point if you want to try the system before committing to a monthly plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new tier activates immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your Progress Log and all data carry over between tiers.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard in one click. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No surveys, no friction. If you were charged unexpectedly and contact us within 7 days, we will refund it.
Can I pause instead of canceling? +
Yes. You can pause for 30 or 60 days through the billing portal. Your Progress Log and all data stay intact during the pause. When you resume you pick up exactly where you left off.
Path Packs
What is a Path Pack? +
A standalone blueprint for one specific business challenge. Each pack has five parts: a Diagnostic, a Framework, a Sequence, a Field Guide with templates and scripts, and a set of success markers. Designed to work through in two to three focused hours and reference indefinitely. $59 each, yours permanently.
Do I need a subscription to buy a Path Pack? +
No. Path Packs are available as standalone one-time purchases at $59 each. Operator subscribers receive 2 packs at signup plus 1 per quarter. Architect subscribers receive all 10 packs at signup.
Which pack should I start with? +
Take the audit first. Your results will point you to the most relevant pack. If you have never made money outside a job, the First Revenue Pack is the right starting point.
Books
What books are available? +
First Principled: the main book covering all ten areas. $19 digital, $29 print.
Ten topic books: one for each area (Money, Business, Mindset, Real Estate, Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep, Relationships, Parenting, Productivity). $15 each digital.
Complete Series: main book plus all ten topic books. $109 (saves $60 vs buying separately).
Do I need to read the main book before the topic books? +
No. Each topic book stands on its own. The main book gives you the full framework. The topic books go deeper on one area. You can start with either.
Billing and Refunds
What is your refund policy? +
Monthly subscriptions: full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
Annual subscriptions: full prorated refund within 60 days.
Path Packs, books, and Builder Blueprint: 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Acquisition Report: full refund if we cannot produce a useful report. Once delivered, all sales are final.

How do I manage my subscription? +
From your account billing page. All subscription management is handled through Stripe's secure portal, accessible with one click from your account.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted at checkout.

What is Radix? +

The free audit is a starting point. Paid subscribers get Day 30 and Day 90 re-audits built into their 90-day cycles, plus the weekly check-in system that tracks how your situation changes over time.
